New Halloween Tactical Alert Extremely Laggy

As title says, the 2 missions where you get the day of the dead sigil and the dread skin is extremely laggy, with random freezes every 10 seconds or so. I'm not even getting any low fps, it hovers around at a nice 160 fps in 1080p;The game just freezes when i enter the mission.

PC SPECS:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X

GPU: GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB@2400Hz

Warframe is installed on a SSD

Could be Ryzen issues popping up again. DE had problems before with not optimizing the game to work well with both Intel and newer AMD chipsets.
