Log Out Timer is an Issue

I have read somewhere that the timer for a failed log in is 24 hours, to 3 days. If this is the case, it is way too obsessive. Just re downloaded the game after a few months, almost a year and mistyped the email. If my email was typed wrong and then done correctly afterward. It should theoretically not lock me out but apparently that is not the case. I went and reset my password and I am still locked out. If this is a case, it needs to be changed. There is no logical point in a timer that long. If it is not, and the info I found was wrong, than there is nothing else to worry about.

while i think that's true, you'd have to fail the login like 10-20 times

My email was off, and after trying my email variants the first time (4) it locked me out.
