Bug 245 - Orbiter Decoration limit not increasing as I remove decorations

My,
Decorations [Capacity Remaining],
won't go up when removing decorations.

I had many decorations placed, and started removing them, and my decoration count didn't increase.
I had 1180 when I started removing decorations, and still have 1180.
Placing decorations lowers it, and removing those ones increases it,
but all the decorations that have been on my ship for a long time seem to not be recognizing that i'm removing them.
