(PSN)Tsuna_Da_Knight Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 While i was testing my Phantasma build when I equipped my fully ranked riven something weird happened my riven adds multi-shot, magazine capacity, ammo maximum, and negative critical chance. When I equipped my riven it increased the secondary modes charge rate from 1.00 to 1.45 I'm not sure why having negative critical chance increases the charge time, but I believe that the only mod the can decrease critical chance on shotguns are rivens.
