Seeking Talon - Toggle instead of Hold

Hold keys are always kinda uncomfortable, and also make it a bit harder to press other buttons at the same time.

For her 1, I get it, it's a matter of multiple functionalities. But for her 4, there's just... no reason for it to be a hold. The tap isn't designated to anything, it's just a matter of "make it uncomfortable just because". Double tapping it when you want an abysmally small circle for some reason would be a fair price to pay for not having to hold in my opinion.

The discomfort of holding down her 4 for like 5 seconds is single handedly making me not want to play her. Fairly minor gripe, I know, but something that seems so easy to be improved.
