Saved preferences are resetting

Every time i log into the game i notice a few things keep resetting. for example, my saved favourite colours aren't saved anymore so i have to re-favourite them and sometimes my colour schemes for weapons and my warframe are resetting to default.  My chat box as well keeps showing up in the middle of my screen when i have it in the top right, i have to move it back to my preferred spot every time i log into warframe.

 

I want to add that after logging back in on the same day, the sigils on my warframe have been rotated and changed. Favourite colours not favourited and warframe colour schemes resetting to default
