EganMC Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 (edited) I had exactly the same issue. Kiliken, Alert mission. After extraction, endless blackscreen, some noises, death sound and heartbeat. Except I waited a long time, and eventually it said "Could not update account info, progress removed" or something like that, and threw me back into the lobby whilst removing all my mission rewards.
