Missing operator animation for petting Moa

I've liked to know that Operators have their own animations for petting kavats and kubrows, and it's nice to find out you can do it with Moas as well.

However, one of the animation sequences for this seems to be somehow broken, as it will initiate with a quick flash to a black screen like normal, then immediately return you back to control, as if there's an animation there that's just completely null. 

Minor bug, but it's a bug nonetheless.
