Absolutely Massive Lag when loading in

Like we're talking about going from normal play speed to like 1 or 2 FPS for like the first 5 minutes (approx.)
But seriously It's caused me to Not be able to assist my squad mates in the first stage of bounties and even caused some fails of them.
And this is EVERY TIME I load in ... and I've even reduced all of my graphic settings in an effort to combat it .. but considering I don't suffer this on PoE... and after a while it even out to normal play I can only think this is some issue with the game at load in .. I remember back when PoE was added the same problem was common
