please tone down the requirements for the vallis a bit. Low end pcs can't handle it.

i'm having those same issues you are with that black lines covering all the screen in some objects, to "FIX" it i just change the screen size then change back again, if "FIXES" it but instead all the floor becomes invisible/transparent ....so i always have to choose one or another, i've send a email to DE and waiting for like 4 days for a response

 

edit : few moments after replying you a found a forum post that someone was saying to run it with directx10 becaue this is a bug with dx9 , try it later (link below)
