Allow Us To Throttle Updating Speed.

As the thread title says.

 

Please give us an option to throttle the update speed to whatever we wish to set it to.

 

I'm on a Family LAN, and sometimes I'd like to download the latest patch (especially the larger ones like today's 525MB) without making the internet so laggy that it is near-useless for everybody else on the LAN.

 

I have a 3Mbit download speed. For those of you without a calculator, that's 384KB/sec.

 

I'd like to throttle the updater to 150-200KB/sec that way I can still download the update (albeit more slowly), meanwhile family members can still play online games without getting 800ms pings.
