Lua Sentient Spawns

I thought maybe I was just being unlucky, which has happened occasionally, but I'm seeing other people posting similar issues. On the Lua tilesets you can usually get sentients to spawn in the first few minutes of a mission for riven unlock credit and/or War crafting parts. Since the Fortuna 24.0 update I haven't had any of the oculysts spawn to "discover" me and call in the attack batalysts/conculysts. I usually get the Lotus message and sound effects for the sentient arrival, but they don't seem to be spawning on any of the tiles right now.
