Seems like there's almost no way to access this .. cannot even take picture/scan with codex scanner. Is this intended/easter egg or plain bug? The Fish statue spawns in the sewer treatment ... Kurosso Posted November 18, 2018 Share Posted November 18, 2018 that's not a bug, it is actually one of the fish statuettes that you need to scan to unlock lore inside the codex. there is a way to get under there, you need to get on a turret nearby and shoot the windmill blades, it'll drain the water once it's all gone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
