Marcu3s Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 Not always, but sometimes when you switch to Ivara through "equipment - arsenal" while in Fortuna, she spawns with the back of her head (the long flap) missing. it reappers when the Orb Vallis spawns but it can stay like that while in Fortuna.
