Sense Danger, What Exactly Happened To It?

 what happen to Sense Danger allowing you to see enemies through walls and why was it changed? I used to love using this mod back when I played on PS4 but when I came back from a break from the game, the mods functionality had been changed. Was the justification for this change ever stated? I couldn't find anything about it on the wiki. I'd greatly appreciate some clarity on the matter cause this is something I have yet to get over and I could use some closure.

Or.. they could bring that back. That would be nice.

it used to tag everything in your vicinity as hot pink or violet right? It used to be one of the very few good functionality mods that pets had especially for me with poor eyesight that imo could even make you switch over from the usual carrier prime, but now it's just being thrown in the bin with the rest of the useless mods to collect dust for an eternity.
