Conclaive Arsonal Freezes

When I have Khora equipped in my conclaive loadout I have an issue where if I go modify something in my load out (like mods or switch a weapon) then the whole screen freeze and it has the Kavat selected. The only things that work after the freeze are the chat box and the profile/add friends buttons in the top left. (but those don't even work properly but it will let me interact with them.) The only way I have figured out how to get out of this is closing the game and restarting. (stuff like ESC don't work)

I have logs and screen shots but I am not sure how to attach them.
