Fortuna - Ability Power lower while Client?

Not exactly sure if its just a Bug with Khora or effects every warframe but joining a group in action on orb vallis seems to 0 all bonus ability power.

Why i suspect Khora? Her Passive (and 3) "Venari" grants bonus Movement Speed scaling with Power. 

While i was in a Random Group my Speedboost was 15% (like 100% power str). SOLO its 23%. My Power is 155%.

Dying normally resets the power to the right value, but to be honest thats bullS#&$ and with Khora extremely hard 😄
