Mastery Rank Went Down

Hello, I am writing this because there's a bug that made my Mastery Rank go down from MR18 to MR17, but I still have the max capacity for Syndicate,Simaris, etc.  of 18000. I have already completed the MR18 test, but when the Chimera dropped on console, I noticed that my Mastery Rank went down. I have just hit the Affinity needed for Mastery Rank up, but it still requires me to do the Mastery Rank 18 test. I have decided to not rank up due to the fact that this is a glitch and I want to avoid future problems if I do rank up. I will have some pictures uploaded to prove that this glitch is real and I'm not making it up. I also have a friend who ranked down as well from MR17 to MR16.

That tells me you are MR17. Your rank caps are 1000x(MR+1), and 17+1 is 18.

Have you got any evidence you were actually MR18? Because it really just looks like you are not sure how stuff is meant to work.

Nevermind, i think i got confused because mr 16 test is basically the same as the 18 one. maybe i got flashbacks of it and forgot it is the same as mr16 , but with two more waves. Thx for clearing that up tho.
