Constrained decoration movement is ruined by collision

One main reason why this would have been such an amazing addition is that it's awkward to move things with your camera. The other reason is being able to fine tune decoration placement, without it snapping on top of and around objects when you move your camera. I wished for axis movement for so long, and then it was finally added! Except with an unexpected limitation: decorations cannot move through other decorations by axis dragging.

You can't push decorations into one another with this constrained movement. So I can't pick a tree up, scale it down a bit, and then push it back into a pile of bushes. If I ever have to edit any part of anything that's under something else, it's going to be impossible to put it back without moving multiple decorations.

This limitation of collision makes it much, much less usable. DE pls
