Fishing hotspots not appearing

The visual effect on the water that marks a fishing hotspot in the planes of eidolon is not appearing for me. This means I am unable to catch cuthol fish in order to progress to the next rank of the Ostron syndicate. I've seen a number of videos showing people fishing for cuthol and within a few seconds of arriving at a pond they immediately see the effect on the water, but when I go to the same spots and wait there for an hour I never see it. I'm using the default graphics settings for "high" if that makes any difference. Let me know if you would like me to make a video.

Turn the quality to the lowest setting, reflexions make it very hard to see hotspots, also they are easier to spot at night

If you still cant see them, try bringing a friend that can see them. That dosnt excuse the presence of a bug, but I mean, as fellow tenno that's a solution I can give you. Fish spawns are client specific, but hot spots seems to appear on the same place for all squad
