No Index Reward When Playing Solo

I was told by support to post this here. When playing the index solo, there is no credit reward and no option to continue when the Index ends. At the end of the round, I simply win and am sent on my way with no credit reward. I get my mods but nothing else; I just end up with the same number of credits I had when I started. I've seen other people play it solo and they get their credits but I have never gotten any credits when playing the index on solo. When I play in a group I get the credit reward but obviously I can't always be with my group when I want to play the Index.
