I thought it was just there to make enemy shinny!!! Joking aside, yea it's pretty worthless. With all those idiotic nerfs, I'm surprised Nyx is still having one of the most obvious useless ability. Each bolt will do 450 damage (3x for light infested). Zoom on the target and you have 1300 damage right away.
