WISHLIST gifting not working?

Greetings

I tried this the other day and had an issue with the WISH LIST of a player not on my list of Friends or Clans Mate.

I attempted to give them an item they had on the WISHLIST yet when I went to select them, it did not give me the option to give a message. Instead, it gave me the item as me buying it for myself and not the person I had found on their list.

I was going to attempt to buy some items for people on Tennobaun yet when j saw the same thing was starting to happen, I wanted to check to see if this a known issue and what I may do to fix this. I would like to give to my fellow Warframers.
