Plains Of Eidolon visual error

Been happening for sometime but i didn't report it cuz i thought a hotfix is dropping soon and is going to fix it, but since there r no hotifx regarding this problem, i wanted to ask if this is happening because of the game or because of my laptop.

i honestly don't know what is happening, i've tried optimizing, re-entering poe, changed my graphic settings, restarting my laptop, but nothing works.

anyone know how to fix this?
