Imperator level 29 on profile, level 30 according to DE "logs."

I recently contacted support, asking if there was any way I could get Imperator and Veritux back after clumsily selling them shortly after the Archwing quest originally released, due to getting new weapons and not thinking about mastery, silly me!

After patiently waiting for 5 days, my ticket got answered very nicely, giving me back Veritux, however... I did not get Imperator back due to the following claim by support:

Alright, sounds innocent enough? I'll make a forum post. Guess that's what I'm doing right now. But I've looked at my profile many times, and made sure that I am, at time of writing, 28 items away from having leveled everything in the game... not counting founders items:

So, my questions are:
1) Is my account forever stuck with a level 29 Imperator that Support claims is maxed, but isn't?
2) Can this be fixed?
