Cetus is unplayable

Well your first problem is 2GB's Ram.

Because windows automatically uses 1GB ram so your left with 1GB.

This isn't enough to run into open worlds at all, I would recommend upgrading to 8GB-16GB's of ram.

 

Also can you list if you have a HDD or SSD.

Your PC specs is quite old. Old cpu with integrated graphics can't really handle the open world scene. You will probably encounter the same problem when you play other modern open world games. I don't think the dev can help much with that. You should try to lower your in-game graphic settings and turn off those graphic effects. I think this is your best bet with the current PC specs.

Also, HDD/SSD doesn't really affect much to the gaming performance except to the map loading time and game launching time.
