Some achievements are broken

According to the game I have achieved the following, however none of them on Steam have unlocked:

• Control Freak
  • Complete an Interception node and extract with the enemy capturing 40% or less territory.
• Egg Timer
  • Begin Genetic Lab Incubation for a Kubrow.
• Hats off to you!
  • Destroy 200 Corpus Crewman helmets.
• Saviour of Mercury
  • Kill the boss in the Mercury region and get to extraction.

... and many more.

Would it be possible to make the client retroactively check completed achievements and compare them against your Steam achievements in order to unlock them if they are done?

 

These achievements also seem to be broken in-game, as I have done these and they will not unlock:

• Hive Five!
  • Complete any 5 Hive Infestation missions.
• Ride the Wave
  • Complete 20 waves of Defense and successfully extract.
• The 8-fold Path
  • Survive 8 waves of Defense using only melee attacks.

... possibly more, didn't check every one.

I would like this an update to cycle through. Most of my updates update, the issue with the one I have:

Joyride - Travel over 10,000 meters on a stolen Dargyn across the Plains of Eidolon.

I completed the achievement before it was added on Steam. It's unlocked in game, just not Steam.
