Can Puncturing Weapons Hit Twice?

So say I have maxed shred on a flux rifle, can it hit and enemy twice and do damage twice if I aimed for the legs and it ht one leg, passed through and hit the other?

 

I don't think this is true but if it is would change how I use the flux.

That would make sense actually. If you hit 1 leg and the bullet goes through and hit other leg, that should count as 2 hits. But I don't know if it's possible.

I'm sure hitbox encompasses the legs as one entity so I would be surprised if this were possible.

On my dread i shoot through enemies fairly often. Not sure if theother weapons do this.

True... It would still be fun to use Shred as a multishot, but it would make rifles OP so I understand why don't they do it.

Throwing a Glaive between a Heavy/Ancient's legs is freaking awesome.

 

Kestrel ragdolls too much to hit twice (possible but very unlikely)

Also if you have mag bullet tractor is a secure multihit.
