ZAW Katana glitched w/ pics

I dont use my katana zaw often but i pulled it out the other day and it has a frequent and often glitch occuring.  1st of all this is the only weapon I was wearing so I really need to add more and see if it fixes it.   I did have the zaw katana holstered sideways at the small of my back and I thought maybe that placement was screwing things up but I change it back to default and and move it into a different position and same exact bug happens.   I will also say that when this bug happens you never put your katana away...  Like if you do a quick strike, you will try to place the katana in the scabbard but you justp ull it out immedeately and the scabbard floats in the air like it in your other hand.   

Dual Swords would be extremely bad ass but that one on the left is the scabbard that is suppose to be at my waist.
