Sycolantrophy
I had this issue a while ago which started happening and what fixed it for me was a clean uninstall of my video drivers through safe mode using DDU then a reinstall on reboot followed by reinstalling the entire game. sam686
Warframe launcher, verify download. It might be corrupted data causing problem maybe. Undoing the CPU and RAM overclock might require going to BIOS motherboard settings and reset everything to default. Maybe test your CPU and RAM for stability, like Prime95, and a bootable old version of memtest86+ for old computer using USB or CD-R/RW recordable/rewritable, might require changing boot order or opening boot menu (F8 maybe). If there is something wrong with RAM, take one out and check which RAM is causing problems.
