What version of directx. And is your warframe 64 or 32 bit? Are you overclocking?

Warframe launcher, verify download. It might be corrupted data causing problem maybe.

Undoing the CPU and RAM overclock might require going to BIOS motherboard settings and reset everything to default.

Maybe test your CPU and RAM for stability, like Prime95, and a bootable old version of memtest86+ for old computer using USB or CD-R/RW recordable/rewritable, might require changing boot order or opening boot menu (F8 maybe). If there is something wrong with RAM, take one out and check which RAM is causing problems.
