I Cant Reset My Account.

Ive never once reset my account and today i wanted to. but i cant! the thing is. i remember one day in the DOJO when i was using a forma it said something about using my one reset. i was confused so i just passed it by like a small bug. that is the ONLY thing that i would be able to think about that keeps me from resetting my account. is that supposed to happen? if so. why?

 

EDIT: Also i would like to be able to reset my account in the future.

Yep, if you donate to the dojo you may NOT reset your account. (to keep people from giving all their resorces away then resetting)

if you contribute forma you can reset and get all plat back thats why but the reset time is over no one can reset anymore

The reset account feature was only ever intended to be around for a limited time.  That limited time ended on August 31.

Thanks for replying though! wish i had taken advantage of the option earlier. i dont know why i waited to get my platinum back
