Minimum System Requirement

SO how do I as a poor player with low spec PC play the game in peace now? just saying I can't buy a PC on my own since I am studying and I can't make my parents buy a new one cause I don't wanna burden them too much.

I played a solo capture mission, I void dash I lag, I cast an ability I lag, I bullet jump I lag, every now and then I lag.

Before change I can play low settings with good resolution and have no problem at all, I don't even lag in squad.

After the change I played in low settings lowest resolution and all this lag is happening everywhere, and I'm only playing alone.

The game that relieves my stress became the source of my stress instead. 

The previous minimum requirements aren't that bad so why change it? I just don't understand

What change? Do you mean the small update that removed support of DirectX 9 and 32-bit systems?

MS has dropped support for 32-bit systems, and by extension DX9.

Give credit to DE for supporting it to the end.
