Ascension Altar not constructing

So, 2 days ago i decided to build an Ascension Altar for my clan. So i put down the Altar in the main room of my dojo and contributed with everything that was needed.

But the next day (24 hours later) when i joined the dojo it still wasn't finished, my first thought was that I've forgotten the construction time so i checked and it was 24 hrs.

The Altar is just blue and I can't ineract with it. This is what it looks like:

Are you sure you contributed everything? If you're missing one piece it will stay blue and won't build. I did this before and thought I had put all resorces in to find out I missed one Gallium.

I've contributed everything. Just checked.
