Scarberius Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 Recently, not just since the mainline update, in the last few days I've run into syndicate missions where I spawn in and there are 2 medallions clumped together at that point. Neither is accessible so the mission now has only 6 left obtainable. It's happened to Steel Meridian and Arbiters of Hexis. Not sure why this has started since it seems to be connected to nothing recent. I do have screen shots. It's just weird. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
