Did reading, found someone on a reddit post mentioned switching to operator form and back. Result? mining nodes started appearing. DE, could you smack the Cephalon that handles mining nodes? They're spawning things based on last recorded operator location. I shouldn't have to switch to operator form and back every hundred meters, just to mine.
