Bolto Wont Start To Build

So I buy the Bolto BP and see I have 328/300 Alloy Plate, 6/1 Orokin Cell and 3/2 Nuerodes. Missing the Lato so purchased that and now the Lato picture has a green 1 on it. Hit build and am told I don't have all the required components. What am I missing here?

You have you click on the Lato and select which Lato (even if you only have 1 in your inventory) to use for the blueprint. Then the whole thing should be green and you're good to go.

log out and log back in? maybe something is being silly? if not post back here
