Plague The Incurable

posted this a while back under a different name, re-balanced a few things since then
art is still the same crap it was, would love some feedback/suggestions on how to improve it on top of the frame itself

name is still placeholder, but now it isnt the same as a weapon (i think)
stats are mostly placeholder, but if you see something horribly unbalanced let me know and i'll fix it
the 1st ability feels a bit too similar to Saryn, thinking on how to fix it
im not sure i really explained the 4th ability well, its meant to act as a take over without actually giving you an enemy unit

the green is meant to be insect carapace, the red muscle fiber, the white bone, and the flesh... well fleshy
im hoping to improve this over time



Name - Plague (placeholder)

Health - 1300
Shield - 0
Energy - 150
Armor - 350

Passive - dodging causes Plague to dissolve into a cloud of disease dealing damage to enemies he passes through
damage dealt this way is converted to health, if you are currently infesting an enemy this deals additional damage


1 - Parasites
Energy: 25
Strength: 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 (damage per second)
Duration: 8 / 12 / 16 / 20
Range: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 (cast range)
       6 / 9 / 12 / 15 (spread range)

Plague attaches Parasites to target enemy
enemies affected by Parasites take damage over time
if an enemy affected by Parasites dies the parasites move to a nearby enemy
4 / 6 / 8 / 10% of the damage Parasites deal is converted to health for plague (not moddable)

Augment - on death an additional Parasites is released, with the same remaining duration, towards another target


2 - Swarm
Energy: 55
Strength: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250      
Duration: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22
Range: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12

A swarm of disease clouds the area around Plague, following him
enemies within Swarm take 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 damage per second
allies within Swarm are 10 / 25 / 40 / 55% harder to hit (not moddable)
4 / 6 / 8 / 10% damage dealt by Swarm is converted to health for allies within Swarm (not moddable)
the swarm deals double damage to enemies afflicted with Parasites (not moddable)

Augment - the swarm is now a targeted ability (location) and has double range


3 - Pestlings
Energy: 15 (15 per corpse)
Strength: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (health/armor)
      50 / 200 / 350 / 500 (damage per hit)
      400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 (damage on explosion)      
Duration: N/A
Range: 5 / 8 / 11 / 14 (aura)
       1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 (explosion)

Plague twists the corpses of the recently deceased into vile minions that explode on death
can have up to 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 minions at one time (not moddable)
the Pestlings have 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% plague's health and armor, deal 50 / 200 / 350 / 500 damage when attacking, 
and explode for 400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 damage in a 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 m range
Pestlings deal double damage to enemies afflicted with parasites (not moddable)

Augment - Pestlings explosion now heals allies for 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 instead of harming enemies (moddable)


4 - Infest
Energy: 100
Strength: 10 / 25 / 40 / 55 (health mod)
      25 / 50 / 75 / 100 (buff)
      800 / 1000 / 1250/ 1500 (explosion)
Duration: N/A
Range: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 (buff/explosion range)

Plague dissolves into a cloud of disease and infests target non-robotic non-boss enemy
the enemy's form is twisted to resemble plague
Plague's health is replaced with (Plague's max health) + (Plague's max health) * (enemy level / (enemy level + 100))
when this is depleted Plague explodes for 800 / 1000 / 1250/ 1500 damage
Plague's normal health is then returned at the same amount it was before infesting
can be recast to eject early, still explodes
Plague and nearby allies are granted buffs based on the enemy type Plague has infested
Grineer: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 % additional armor and puncture damage
Corpus: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 % additional shield and impact damage
Infested: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 % additional health and slash damage
if the enemy was inflicted with Parasites buffs are increased by an additional 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 % (not moddable)

Augment - Infest also creates two friendly clones of target on cast (clones are affected by power strength)
