Aphrodite (Venus) T1 Fissure Mission Bug - No extraction

I'm a relatively new player (started about a week or so ago) and I was doing one of the fissure missions and got stuck in it for over an hour since no extraction prompts were coming up and enemies became impossibly hard until I couldn't win. Additionally, none of the power carrier type enemies were spawning so the mission was only taking me even longer. I lost out on a couple of warframe blueprints that I didn't have yet and I'm really bummed out about it. Can anybody help?

It's a Excavation mission?

Extraction appears after you successfully excavate 100(?) Cryotic. Power carriers are random, so if you aren't killing things quickly, they can sometimes not spawn often enough.

I've completed several excavation missions already and I was able to open a few relics, so killing things fast enough wasn't an issue. But after about 20 minutes, the power carriers just stopped spawning. One would appear every 10 or so minutes, so I couldn't possibly fill the excavators anymore.

And after opening multiple relics/excavating enough cryotic there was no extract?

Sounds like a mission bug for sure, then. I'd suggest posting it in the bug report section.

Maybe there was a extraction but it didnt show up as a waypoint.  it only does that for a limited time after completing an excavation. Check your map for the extraction location. On a large map it might not be visible on the screen so run around.
