Excalibur's Exalted Blade doesn't allow to use another weapon

In some cases after you use Exalted Blade and turn it off, you won't be able to use nor primary, neither secondary neither melee weapon until you use Transference-and-back.

Didn't find out in what situation exactly this happens, but still. Sometimes after turning 4th off you see no problems and you can hit with regular weapon right now. But sometimes you are "stuck" with "no weapon" in your hands. Going out as Operator and then going back to frame fixes this, but the bug is there.
