BUG: Cetus Fishing Hotspots Not Appearing

As stated in the title, for whatever reason, the hotspots for fishing have not been appearing at all on Cetus. I have been unable to catch any Murkrays, which tend to be the best for building rep there, for the past three attempts. I have also seen others in region chat speaking of the same glitch.

I've been trying to catch a friend up in Cetus, as well as get some of the more expensive Zaw parts, and this is making it next to impossible to do with any amount of speed or efficiency. And considering how far behind both of us are on Fortuna content, I'd rather not be forced to continue creeping along in Cetus if it can be avoided.

I got my friend to play this game because I thought it was fun, and instead both of us are stuck doing previously released content while the present content expires at a rapid rate. Please fix this if at all possible.
