Glaive Mod Backwards!?

It has come to my attention that the new mods for the glaive are a bit off. I have rebound and quick return, two of the new mods for this classic reference weapon from Dark sector (<3).

 

Here is were the issue begins.

 

Rebound : Give you a -1 to bounce.

Quick Return: Give you a +1 to bounce.

 

The stats are great choices but the names are reversed. Or am I interpreting the stats wrong? Is -1 to be longer return rate or quicker return rate? I can't be the only one thinking this.

The strings are flipped. Known issue, working on it is the last word I got.

I thought this exactly. Why is it named Quick Return when it gives one extra bounce? And why is it called Rebound when it takes away a bounce? amg..
