Regular FPS drops regardless of conditions

SInce not so long ago i bumped into really weird thing.

Im having a laptop with hybrid video-card system (AMD Radeon Vega 3 as integrated and Radeon 530 as discret). About three weeks ago i noticed, that sometimes my FPS drops from 40-50 to 10-15, making it impossible to play (Well, almost). It happens just beacause, on ANY mission (PoE, Venus valley or any old-style closed room missions), and not connected if im playing solo or with other players. It not depend on amount of enemies or effects, graphic settings and so on. It just happens. Totally random. 

Checked with Win 10 Task Manager - game stop using descret card, for 40-50 secs. And the main thing that it happens only in Warframe.

Any ideas, what can it be?

Update graphics from https://www.amd.com/, important as there are now recent graphics update for Ryzen with Vega laptops. Found in Processor with graphics.

 

Try power save GPU? Maybe could have gotten a Vega 8 or better with only integrated graphics. Faster then an outdated Radeon 530 hardware. https://www.google.com/search?q=user+benchmark+radeon+530+vega+8
