Players Able to revive in Arbitration

Been doing an Arbitration recently and our host playing as Revenant got downed instead of dying, same thing happened to his smeeta pet however when he eventually left I started hosting and the other guy who stayed in the survival with me ended up dead and not downed.

Still an issue.  Fourth player left after 10 defense rounds (although it appeared as though all stayed when choosing).  A few rounds later, host and other player died and were revivable as was at least one pet.  Host died at least 10 times and after no one was able to revive him, he left.  Host migration caused error (as we can all expect it will) and I ended up in my landing craft having lost the vitus extract and 1300 endo I was awarded in round 10.  This stuff happens all day long in Warframe.
