Complete sortie assassination... 2 voices at the same time (nightwave + hidden lotus voice)

Hear the problem? 2 voices talking at the same time, Lotus and Nightwave, and only one subtitle pop up on screen, the nightwave person.

Note: it is ok for voices in this video to be quieter with my in-game option, audio, transmission volume set to 50% The problem is 2 voices talking at the same time.

edit: Maybe another bug, the game fails to show which nightwave challenge I completed. It is probably Sortie expert I completed, would be nice to show Nightwave completion and not just flash 2 yellow lights on screen. (Edit 2): challenges not showing up on extraction, also chat menu do not show up at all.
