Nyx absorb (self damage)

Nyx has not been able to do self damage to her absorb when she is not the host. She used to be able to and one of the in game hints suggests using the penta to do this. Is this a glitch that will stay forever or is it intentional? It is very cumbersome to restart matches until I am host.

This seems to happen on PC too. It’s a great boost in power when you’re the host, but as a client absorb is just...meh...

Hope this gets fixed with the mainline

She can absorb self damage while in regular absorb, not with assimilate, best weapon I found for this was the Sancti Castanas, if you really want to absorb alot of damage, take advantage of the glitch DE hasnt fixed and use the assimilate augment, and have your teammates shoot you.
