Clan Emblem Help

I seem to be having difficulty of converting my custom designed clan emblem from a scanned drawn picture to a 128p format. It ends blurry around the edges and outlines of the many branches. Its basically a tree of life yin/yang reflection picture with the sun for the top of the tree and a crescent moon for the bottom of the tree, but the branches just don't want to cooperate. I've come to the conclusion that I probably don't have the skills to create a clan emblem in 128p by 128p. So my question is: Is there anyone able to create me one? Either from scratch or help me make convert the picture to a 128p digital format?

Keep original but set canvas to 128 then insert emblem

Thanks for answering. Ive done that and it looks thurible (terrible). Any advice on how to clean up my picture when i convert it to 128p? Free software to clean up the edges better? Any help will be appreciated.

Another question. Clan emblems can be 128p only? I've seen other clan emblems look high like high quality art.
