I'd honestly thought that Exploiter had gone completely invisible for me, but it turned out that she'd gotten very, very tiny. Smaller I think than what's in your screen cap actually, and she had these blocky glitchy black textures that were occasionally clipping up out from the ground. I unfortunately didn't take a screenshot, but Exploiter's appearance fixed itself after the second cutscene during the second phase of the fight.
