Sawgaw captures are broken on PS4

So as stated in the title sawgaw are currently broken on Ps4. I have shot the bird 3 times in the head and it won't sleep, if I use ivara sleep arrow it falls in I the mushroom it's standing on, BTW a similar thing happens with condrocs in poe, and I swear you guys have made the movement of the sawgaw too fast once you get close to them. Previously I could use ivara zip lines to chase and then tranq them with 1 tranq within 10 seconds, but now the bird moves within 3 seconds. Please look into this DE or explain where the hell I'm going wrong.
