Relic Reward Selection

I am currently having an issue where my relic reward selection is not the same as the rewards I am receiving. On the post game screen some of my rewards pop up but when I return to the ship I have rewards from my own relics that I did not choose in my inbox. I am loosing some of the rewards I am choosing from other players relics. 

Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Steps to repro, there are probably more ways this can occur:

• Select an endless mission type (in my case I was not the host)
• Select the reward of another player
• You leave the mission while the player you selected the relic from stays in it (host possibly also needs to leave)
• You get no reward
• Ordis messages you with your own relic opened reward instead of the reward that you selected
