TheTundraTerror Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 So, for whatever reason, a higher power strength Reservoir buffs won't override a weaker one. It's really annoying to mod for 300% power strength, only to be stuck with the buff from another Wisp who only modded for 200%... or, even worse, used Overextended to dumpstat their strength.
